Narrative Description of Project: Modern building consist of one story with total built up area of 762 m2, located within the complex of Aden Governor, built in 1983 by Chinese company as part of the external trading Ministry the building reused as Al Tadamon Bank, the new arrangement planed to consist a luxury conference hall, LEDD building and the Information Technology center of Aden Governorate, The rehabilitation services covered all the building and facilities, scope of services include redesign the interior spaces, landscaping design, electro mechanics systems. Task performed include complete preliminary and detailed architectural and engineering design, preparation of BOQs, specifications and tender documents.

The villa located at Khormaksar area with approximate total built up area of about 146 m². Repair and maintenance have been made including development of interior spaces, redesign and develop the architectural character, redesigning the exterior elevations, entrances and the site landscape, installation of highly developed electro mechanical systems in the Villa and designing new spaces. Tasks included but not limited to complete conceptual, preliminary to final detailed design of the new extension, landscaping services and engineering design, Construction supervision of rehabilitation for the existing buildings and infrastructure services, and new parts, preparation of BOQS, cost estimates and bidding document, detailed 3D computer model, construction drawings, electro mechanics and electrical systems
