Narrative Description of Project:

Modern building with approximate total built up area of 12,369 m², the project located in the north – west of the university. It is built in three floors consists of three parts: Library, front yard, periodical's and cafeteria mass. The main building included into: reading space, stacks space, administration, stores and the another accessories. It is made of reinforced concrete skeleton, complete design of all services, infrastructure and facilities. Task performed include architectural and engineering design, design of site landscape, preparation of tenders documents, specifications, BOQS and cost estimates.

First Prize. Associated with Misr Consulting Engineers MCE. Cairo.  Master plan for the complete campus. The project consist of academic buildings (scientific faculties includes engineering and dams, medicine, sciences and technology, agriculture and human faculties such as education & literature), Public buildings includes university head quarter, central library, student union, press, community services center, recreational facilities and the central support services, residential buildings for the teaching staff and the students and the sports facilities. Task performed include to preliminary study and design of infrastructure services including roads network, water supply & storage storm water drainage, sewerage system and electrical, and communications networks.
